Lonnie was very, very friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional with explaining the process. Doc was very thorough with explaining and showing there was a coolant leak and I should take the car to the dealer. Inspection and oil change were completed in a timely manner. Awesome Experience!
We have been going to Kings Grant Exxon for over 17yrs. I must say that with the new ownership and having Lonnie and Lee there makes all the difference in the world. We had stopped going there for a while but have returned. Thank you Lonnie and Lee for being so cordial and nice. Because of you two we will continue to come back.
